Now hiring part time and full time crew members for our Jersey Mike's Subs in Fergus Falls!
What we look for in our ideal candidates are those willing to help our team in the best conversation, the best speed, the best customer service, the best examples for our community, and the best sub sandwich makers in the Fergus Falls community! "We are a sub above!"
Our ideal candidate for these openings should be-
- Able to work day shift/ mid shift/ or evenings (8-10 hour shifts) 5 days a week for full time
- 4-6 hour shifts 3-4 days a week for part time
- Presents the qualities of an effective leader by setting great examples each day and working as a team
- Not afraid to work quickly, and with high level customer service.
- Clean, well presented, and confident!
- Able to coach and be coached, be a great trainer and friend to your co workers, and help develop each staff member's strengths and weaknesses to be their best!
Open 7 days a week, 10am-9pm
