The Field Service Dispatcher responsible for providing Field Service Dispatching in accordance with the established guidelines of the company
Responsibilities
- Receive and handle incoming calls; customer, internal, and manufacturers’ representatives, and determine what calls should have messages taken, and what calls are passed through to service manager
- Schedule and track all Field Service vehicle repairs needed and report to Service Manager
- Process warranty work orders and forward to Service Manager for review prior to scheduling
- Track and ensure MSHA logs are completed monthly and forwarded to the appropriate person
- Process payroll for service department, including billing timecards for field service
- Assist service manager in maintaining manufacturers Product Improvement Programs regarding customer contract, scheduling, locations unknown, and SIS processes
- Individuals must comply with all safety requirements and be able to lift and move up to 70 lbs.
- Make yourself available for overtime, understanding the equipment repair business may call for it from time to time
- Actively communicates, assists and reports to Service Manager
- Actively communicate and schedule Field Service work with customers and rental department managers
- Actively engage the John Deere Worksight technology suite as part of the daily duties
- Coordinate manpower for PIP repairs
- Continually report any problems encountered with customer satisfaction, employee relations, or product performances
- Cross train for product knowledge and procedures for all products represented by JESCO
- Will need to fill in for service managers as needed
- Any task and or responsibilities as assigned by Service Manager

Associate’s Degree or Equivalent
Valid Driver’s License – Must meet underwriting requirements
Experience
Prior service management and/or customer service experience helpful.
