Duties:
- Evaluate loan applications and determine eligibility based on creditworthiness, income, and financial history.
- Collect and verify necessary documentation for loan processing.
- Analyze applicant's financial status, credit history, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
- Review loan agreements to ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in lending practices.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of loan processing and mortgage servicing.
- Familiarity with financial services and basic math calculations.
- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and their application to lending practices.
- Excellent sales skills to effectively communicate loan options to customers.
- Knowledge of relevant contract laws.
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide support throughout the loan application process.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
