Position Title: Coordinator Accounting and Scheduling
Position Summary
The Accounting and Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the data entry of weekly payroll records, including but not limited to attendance, overtime, PTO, and approved leaves of absence to Airport Operations Crewmembers. The coordinator also processes all Cash Management functions as required in the station.
Essential Responsibilities
- Accurate entry of payroll data in accordance with ABBS (Airport Blue Book Supplement) policies
- Monitors and maintains Crewmember attendance tracking, dependability, daily work schedules, PTO, and drafts dependability eGuidance, when necessary
- Tracks, and informs Airport Operations Crewleaders of daily attendance of Crewmembers
- Runs reports of day/shift trades and Paid Time Off (PTO) for scheduling purposes
- Coordinates and posts overtime shifts, relief schedules, shift bid schedule and completes additional reporting as requested by Airports Operations Crewleaders
- Acts as a point of contact for Airport Operations Crewmembers for issues dealing with weekly paychecks.
- Processes all Cash Management functions listed within the Cash Management Policy (Cash Funds, Drafts, Deposits, Petty Cash, Safe reconciliation, Voids, Reconcile Vouchers) (Station Specific)
- Verifies and codes invoices for processing
- Reconciles daily ticket sales and prepares required bank deposits for all cash generated (Station Specific)
- Maintains Visa’s records and reconciliation when needed (Station Specific)
- Monitors and maintains monthly parking/transit voucher distribution.
- Reviews expense reports and receipts submitted by Airport Operations Crewmembers
- Collects all re-protect and non-revenue tickets issued by other airlines for use on JetBlue Airways Responds to email inquiries in a timely fashion
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Development Diploma (GED)
- One (1) year of administrative experience
- Complete fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Badge
- Must work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Available for overnight travel (10%)
- Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
