_ Operations Agent - Full Time – Hourly_

Position Summary:

The Ramp Operations Agent is responsible for servicing the needs of the individual airline and the associated requirements of their aircraft in accordance with the airline and the company’s policies and procedures for all aspects of a successful ramp operation. Under the supervision of management on duty the Ramp Operations Agent is responsible for coordinating critical information among pilots, gate agents and ground crew concerning the weight and balance and flight load of the aircraft to ensure a safe and on-time departure.

The Ramp Operations Agent may also be responsible for performing Ramp Agent duties such as loading and unloading passenger baggage, airmail and freight and other duties as delegated while providing customers and passengers with prompt, friendly and courteous service.

Required Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Previous ramp or airline experience
• Possess a valid US driver’s license
• Must pass drug screen and a 10-year FAA background check (employment/criminal)
