Direct Care Worker - Part Time Floater
CLHS - DSP Job DescriptionJEVS is one of the largest non-profits in the Philadelphia area. We are looking for dedicated, compassionate individuals to join the JEVS CLHS Team.
We are hiring for Direct Care Workers - $17.50 per hour!
This position is a floater position. It requires flexibility in scheduling. You must be able to travel to different site/locations and be open to working a variety of shifts. Shifts will include the weekend - you must be available to work Saturday & Sunday. This position is part time.

Responsibilities:
- Work in a home with up to three adults with disabilities.
- Help individuals with disabilities with daily life, including cleaning, feeding, and shopping.
- Take individuals to community events, including volunteer opportunities.

Unpredictability is part of each day when providing care for those we support.

Our homes are 24/7, which means that weekends and holidays will be part of scheduling.

While contributing to the success of the lives of those that we support, it can sometimes be taxing on our own bodies and minds.
* High School Diploma/GED
* Valid driver's license is a must
* 1 year experience in Direct Care/Home Supports

The base pay for this position is $17.50 per hour! Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
