Provides direct, prompt, efficient and friendly customer service. Trains, coaches, supervises, and evaluates all Chef’s Kitchen and Pre-Pack associates. Maintains performance standards through supervising and participating in all Chef’s Kitchen and Pre-Pack activities. Handles food in a safe manner and ensures the work area is always clean, sanitary, fresh and full. Attains budgeted sales and profit goals of the Department. Monitors and enforces all Government and Company regulations.
