Title: Assistant Store Manager
Salary: Starting at $27/hr.

Basic Function: Help direct the daily operation of the store to achieve sales targets and profit through leadership and training in accordance with Fast-Fix company standards, policies, systems, and procedures. Business focuses heavily in repair and service across jewelry and watches, in addition to sales of merchandise and finished goods.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed store sales and profit targets as set by Corporate office; must have great sales skill, communication, and friendly demeanor to build rapport with wide client base and ensure client satisfaction; should have strong dispute resolution skills
• Oversee both the store's sales floor as well as back of house/office; responsible for securing store assets, inventory functions, merchandise counts, cash deposits, drawer balancing, generating and receiving stock/findings POs, maintaining thorough service logs and client details, etc.
• Knows and communicates features and benefits of services and merchandise to clients; providing expert knowledge regarding quality, value, national warranties, menu of services and more. Able to utilize Store technology as a sales tool.
• Embraces and implements all company selling tools and technology, including POS system and Client-Texting system as part of the company's strategy and standards
• Cultivate and maintain productive relationships at all levels, making certain there is an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation with jewelers and associates; doing outreach to ensure streams of referrals within the market and the mall itself.
• Effectively communicates and delegates work and follows up to verify completion and quality of repair service to clients. Should have strong time management and scheduling ability to ensure best client-service experience; should have professional phone/email manner and etiquette.
• Maintains the neatness and cleanliness of the sales floor, showcases, work benches, back office, display windows and storage; must ensure appearance, procedures, and protocols are always following Company standards and are in compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in retail with a background in the jewelry business. (Preferred if candidate can complete easy repairs such as band adjustments, simple watch batteries, etc).
• Flexible schedule to work mall hours, weekends, and/or Holidays as needed
• Proficient with technology, Outlook email, simple functions on Excel/Word; must be able to learn POS system and Client-Texting system
• Strong leadership skills and ability to achieve outstanding sales performance while communicate performance to higher ups
• Enforcing and adhering to Company policy as defined by standards manuals and code of conduct

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
