JFC is in search of an Office Manager to join our Client's team.
Do you possess human resources expertise along with a dedication to supporting individuals and streamlining workplace setups? Our client is currently seeking an Office Manager to oversee office functions and tasks.
This is a Direct Hire opportunity!
Pay: $55K & Up (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: M-F - 8:30am-5:30pm (Fully in office)
Responsibilities:
- Oversees office operations, maintains equipment and supplies, and implements efficient workflow systems.
- Handles clerical tasks, including phone calls, mail, filing, and general administrative duties.
- Manages office security system.
- Assists in administering HR policies in line with legal requirements and corporate goals.
- Screens resumes, conducts phone screens, schedules interviews, and manages new employee orientation.
- Ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience with basic HR knowledge.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to high standards and organizational objectives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
- Proficient in Office 365, Dropbox, Zoom, Adobe, and conference room technology.
