What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler position at JFC Workforce?
Assembler - New Freedom, PA
Hours:
1st shift Mon-Fri 5am-3:30pm; $18.25/hr
2nd shift Mon-Fri 3pm-1:30am; $18.25/hr $3/hr shift differential

What You'll Do:
- Must assemble from Engineering drawing or work instructions to build unit.
- Work with metal or wood products to assemble components or full units.
- Make sure all electrical / wiring parts are assembled and attached properly.
- Troubleshooting skills along with strong mechanical skill to overcome process variables
- Identify product by labels for correct assembly.
- Monitor stock levels and place order request to warehouse.
- Able to read QC devices required for assembly
- Fill out inspection sheets following all inspection points, perform mid-inspection points, and visual check for defects of completed unit.
What You Need:
- Required: High Diploma or GED
- Associates Degree in electrical, mechanical, or closely related field, preferred.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
- Comply with safety polices and company procedures.
- Demonstrates professionalism and teamwork in the workplace.
- Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions.
- Keeps work area neat and organized at all times.
- Willingness to learn new and improve current skills.
