- This role will be traveling around the Los Angeles area.
- Individual will attend periodic planning meetings to discuss with the client their needs from the firm and our ongoing involvement.
- During these meetings note any issues or resolutions and schedule future site visits.
- Conducting field investigations and completing the field investigation reports.
- Assist with the development and analysis of electronic data related to the business of the Company.
- Perform field testing in accordance with referenced industry standards.
- Must have blue beam experience.
- Preparing work contracts for building subcontractors.
- Visiting building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans.
- Developing and giving presentations to inform the public about upcoming public building projects
- Building information modeling (BIM)
