- Create, process, and post job requisitions.
- Coordinate with hiring manager to determine best recruiting process for new positions and backfills.
- Participate in Industry conferences and hiring events.
- Pre-Screen and interview applicants.
- Conduct employment verifications and administer Clearance Pre-Screen forms.
- Extends verbal and written contingent and official job offers.
- Maintain internal and external employee referral program.
- Participate in conducting onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Participate in weekly Operations Call and report on employment activity and open and upcoming requisitions.
- Conduct off-boarding functions and exit interviews.
- Help create Relocation Guides for new areas of work.
- Assist HR in various tasks and objectives as needed.
- Work with operations team in achieving tasks and objectives.
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in human resources, business or management.
- Experience recruiting in a DoD/security clearance environment.
- Strong understanding of government regulations including but not limited to DOL and OFCCP.
- Ability to pass a background check
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- US citizenship
Desired
- A high-level technical understanding of engineering, computer science, or other technical related field.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential.
- iCIMS experience.
- Current DoD clearance
