Description of Required Experience/Skills:
Experience with:
- Processing payroll and collecting payroll data to maintain accurate payroll records.
- Analyzing and processing payments on federal, state, and local income and unemployment taxes.
- Processing of employee status changes, analyzing payroll and employee expenses, assuring general ledger accounts are reconciled; creating on-going month-end, quarterly, and year-end organization reports; and performing other rated duties as assigned.
- Auditing payroll information for accuracy.
- Reconciling payroll deposits, tax withholdings, wage garnishments, and voluntary deductions.
- Troubleshooting issues with ACH file for direct deposit disbursements.
Description of Desired Experience/Skills:
- Deltek Costpoint experience desired.
