Assistant Store Manager

PNOC Group LLC is seeking a professional, knowledgeable, motivated, and dynamic candidate to fill the position of Assistant Store Manager for our award-winning Jiffy Lube store located at:

Oak Forest, IL

As one of the professional service center leaders, the Assistant Store Manager is expected to showcase their technical and management skills to lead a motivated team of employees by providing a clear direction and setting a positive example for attitude, professionalism, and work ethic. The Assistant Store Manager will have direct interaction with customers and be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with training and directing employees to meet and exceed Jiffy Lube exceptional service standards. The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting with labor management including coaching and training, and overall personnel development. Assistant Store Manager also will assist in the leading, training, and assisting the Service Team in servicing vehicles including oil changing, and other services provided under the Multicare brand, such as brakes and tune ups, as well as other duties related to shop floor management. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for facility appearance and must be able to perform light mechanical maintenance of equipment and facility systems. The Assistant Store Manager must be able to perform minor automotive repairs, diagnose solutions and write up estimates for customers’ review.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Should be exceptional with speaking skills.
• Should possess strong data entry skills.
• Need to be able to stand for extended periods at times.
• Should be able to bend and reach comfortably, climb steps, lift objects up to 50 lbs. occasionally and other physical activities in both the lower and upper bay areas.
• Must be able to follow and enforce policies and procedures.
• Must have Supervisory experience - Jiffy Lube management experience preferred.
• Previous automotive management experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of All Data software is a plus.
• ASE 5 certification preferred.
• Must be able to motivate and inspire teammates.
