We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, relentlessly pursuing opportunities, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
The role is expected to be on-site, but work from home flexibility is open once training has been completed and the team member has demonstrated reliable competency in their role without guidance.
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Maintain and manage accounts
- Sales campaign mailing
- Handle customer service related tasks that occur in course of normal sales interactions
- Work with company owners to develop and execute sales strategies
- Travel to trade shows to help sell, assist with setup, train reps, etc. (2-4 shows per year)
Knowledge/Skills
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Microsoft Office & Computer Proficiency
- Strong sales track record and experience
- Self-motivated
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
