To demonstrate trustworthiness, integrity and professionalism in managing the dealership's accounting function, as well as its relationships with Ford Motor Company, Ford Motor Credit, financial institutions, external accounting firm and external and internal customers by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate staff.

- Prepares and analyzes financial statements and monthly reports
- Oversees Accounts Receivable Collections and Credit Authorizations
- Oversees Accounts Payable Processing and Reconciliation
- Assists with Cash Management and Investment Activities
- Assists with Health Insurance and Property and Casualty Insurance Coverage
- Supervises directly a team of 6 employees and indirectly 2 employees
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, vendors, and staff
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly professional and dependable
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Highly innovative, creative and strategic minded
