Jim Keras Automotive has served the Memphis, Tennessee community and its surrounding areas since 1949. We are a family-owned organization and are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a team of caring and compassionate employees. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail–oriented and work well in a high-volume office with the ability to multi-task.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of administration and office management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to interact with customers, vendors and employees alike in the utmost professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to strict confidence and discretion around highly sensitive information
- Attention to detail, quality and thoroughness
- Adaptable and resourceful in handling shifting, sometimes competing, priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining a friendly, positive and helpful attitude
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage team and all processes related to accounts payable and accounts receivables
- Manage all reporting and claims for company insurance
- Prepare various monthly reports for management
- Manage all company credit cards transactions and reconciliations
- File quarterly state returns for tire and rental fees
- File IRS forms 8300
- File annual 1099 forms for vendors
- Annual reporting requirements of unclaimed property
- Maintain flight transactions and expenses for corporate plane
- Assist Controller and CFO with other tasks as needed
