ABOUT THE JOB
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will create, develop, implement, and continuously improve the overall marketing efforts for the Firm. This includes designing print and web collateral and managing all social channels to serve organizational objectives, designing and managing email marketing campaigns.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage, evaluate and optimize the marketing activities, strategies, and programs for the firm
- Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the firm’s business objectives
- Prepares and presents quarterly and annual reports to senior management
- Participates in meetings and prepares documentation as needed
- Develop compelling custom content with integrated media
- Design and deliver emails and other outgoing communication
- Analyzes market trends and prepares forecasts, stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment, and coordinates market research projects
- Develop/maintain social media profiles and deliver quality content across all channels
- Creates new and creative ways to use social platforms and digital content to tell stories and build our audience.
- Optimize print, social media and blog content to generate interaction, brand exposure and additional opportunities for conversion
- Create deliverables including landing pages, web content, infographics, and other informative assets designed for conversion
- Track campaigns, preparing performance analysis reports of post campaign and making recommendations to concurrent programs for corrective modifications
- Compile and distribute monthly Firm newsletter
- Coordinate and distribute attorney blogs
- Oversee firm or attorney participation in seminars, trade association meetings and other professional organization events
- Capture and edit video assets for publishing and serve as liaison to external agencies when the need arises
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising or a related field
- Be Proficient in: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro and WordPress
- Minimum of two (2) years of digital marketing experience within professional services, including:
- Social media management
- Graphic design
- Internal communications
- Photography/video
- Writing for media
- Email marketing
- Understanding of web analytics, SEO, social media and content management
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, Word Press, Email Campaign systems, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube
- Experience working within a content management system and using tools for analytics and marketing automation
- Technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and familiarity with CRM/ERM and project management software tools
- Note: Qualified candidates must be able to present a portfolio of work, including writing, graphic design and video samples, as well as social media executions with a summary of results.
