What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concessions Team Member position at Jimmy's Seafood Inc?
Responsibilities
- Act as ambassador of Jimmy's Famous Seafood; serve as first point of contact for stadium guests who visit The Jimmy's Famous Stand; Provide an excellent customer experience
- Take concession food orders and non-alcohol/alcoholic beverage orders, input orders into POS system ensuring accuracy
- Handle cash and credit transactions; account for all receivables including cash, credit cards, coupons, and gift cards
- Prepare and serve concession food, ensuring food and beverage orders contain appropriate items
- Assist with setup/tear down including food prep, inventory, cleaning, and other duties
- Practice safe food handling and cleanliness standards at all times; ready concession stand for Inspection required by all applicable laws and regulations
- Adhere to quality standards and company/stadium rules and procedures; serve alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Actively participates in the company's social media program by posting/sharing company fliers to personal social media accounts, if available
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned

Education and Experience
- Must be 18 years of age minimum
- Must complete yearly Alcohol Management Training
- Experience in concession position or restaurant/customer service environment preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Physical Demands and Work Environment

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
