We are very excited to have opened the first JINYA RAMEN BAR in Fort Collins! JINYA in FootHills is hiring daily from 12pm-5pm. We are currently hiring for all front of house positions: Servers, Bartenders, Bussers, Hosts, Carryout Specialists.
JINYA is a Ramen culture, where the relationship between broth and noodles is serious but delicious business. We're looking for energetic team members looking to bring the authentic Jinya Ramen culture to Baton Rouge. Be a part of bringing the ramen experience for the first time on this side of the Pacific like it was meant to be - with thick, rich broth in perfect balance with handmade noodles. Our guests will discover a wide array of authentic toppings from tender port chashu to a perfectly cooked and seasoned poached egg to fresh garlic that takes ramen to the next level. The experience is further elevated by pairing it with tapas or a craft beer. You'll quickly see why at JINYA we say. "No Ramen, No Life".'

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Utilize POS systems efficiently to process orders accurately and handle payments.
- Ensure food safety standards are met by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales and enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold the restaurant's standards.
Qualifications
- POS experience
- Food service background
- Customer service skills
- Food handling knowledge
- Restaurant experience
- Food safety certification
- Aloha or Micros POS proficiency
- Culinary experience preferred
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Strong sales and upselling abilities
- Fine dining experience a plus
