Driver Manager / Dispatcher / Customer Service
This job includes working with drivers, answering emails, and multitasking. We are looking for someone who is hardworking, self motivated, and works great with others. The hours are 8 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday.
Job requirements will include but will not be limited to...
- Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about services and to handle and resolve complaints.
- Collaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of customers
- Answer incoming phone calls from drivers on the road and work with dispatch to provide drivers with required information
- Cultivate strong relationships with drivers and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes
- Be detailed in responses with customers and drivers to ensure accurate information is being relayed.
