The Grille Shift Supervisor is responsible for managing the food service program as designated for Snappy's Grille. This includes taking orders, food prep, production, safety, and initiating customer contacts. It also requires maintaining successful delivery of Snappy’s legendary convenience guest services as per company standards.
Essential job functions include the following:
- Consistently create a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting, assisting, and responding quickly to customer inquiries and needs.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the food service program.
- Maintain required daily records including food production and inventory.
- Ensure the program follows proper sanitation procedures.
- Ensure safety standards are maintained while food is prepared and cooked.
- Respond to customer preferences and complaints.
- Work well in a team environment and assure consistent quality service, cleanliness, and value to each guest.
- Maintains responsibility for daily cleanliness; temperature controls, dating of products, and rotation of stock.
- Prepare food for designated locations; Grille, Hotbox, catering, etc.
- Ensure daily cooler temperatures are maintained.
- Maintain daily and weekly checklists for all Grille operations.
- Maintain store appearance put forth by company standards.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train incoming and current employees to ensure flawless execution of the food service program.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred education and experience within a retail/food service environment, ServSafe Certification a plus
- Basic knowledge of computer applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Good eye hand coordination in the performance of numerous tasks
- Must be 18 years of age or older
