Calling all night-owls! You know who you are…and we want you to join our team! Snappy's is looking for those who like the night to provide excellent service to our overnight customers.
You are key to maintaining Snappy’s legendary guest service and will be responsible for having the location “grand opening” ready for daily operations. These objectives are obtained by conducting friendly and efficient customer transactions, performing daily cleaning and organizing, upholding safety standards, and fulfilling other general duties as assigned.
Requirements
- The following are essential functions of the job:
- Consistently creates a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting, assisting, and responding quickly to their inquiries and needs.
- Complete daily cleaning checklists.
- Keep all coolers, shelves, and always displays stocked and fronted with the correct merchandise.
- Rotate and date all inventory on the floor and in the storage rooms.
- Rotate stock in coolers so that the newest product is nearest you and remove any stock that is out of date – move inventory from slower moving shelves to faster moving shelves to ensure all products are within their date range.
- Always maintain the hot beverage area clean and stocked; coffee, tea, hot chocolate, serving utensils, etc.
- Responsible for knowing Snappy’s Playbook procedures for store maintenance i.e. cleaning responsibilities.
- Maintain security:
- Be alert of the shoplifting prevention procedures.
- Safeguard your cash register log in (Point of Sale, POS)
- Follow the correct vendor check in procedures.
