Duties :
- Manageexecutive calendars and scheduleappointments
- Prepare and edit correspondencereports and presentations
- Conduct research andcompile data for various projects
- Assist withproject coordination and followup on actionitems
- Provide general administrative supportincluding answering phone calls responding to emails andmaintaining vendor accounts
- Maintainconfidentiality of sensitiveinformation
- Proofread documents for accuracyand consistency
- Perform other duties asassigned
Qualifications :
- Provenexperience as an executive administrative assistant or similarrole
- Previous Financial Industry experiencepreferred
- Proficient in handing email accountand a very busy executive calender
- Highlyprofessional demeaner and attitude
- Strongknowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar Word ExcelPowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Ability to prioritize tasksand meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention todetail and accuracy
- Professional demeanor withexcellent Zoom / Teams etiquette
- Experience withGoogle Suite is a plus
- Ability to workindependently with minimal supervision
- Typingspeed of at least 60 words perminute
