The company provides custom closet and storage solutions to clients in South Florida. Since its start in 1991, JL Closets has evolved into a leader in the industry. Our company is expanding and we are looking for a scheduler to manage the company's installation schedule and interact with clients regarding their installation dates.

The job responsibilities will vary greatly but will include:
- Enter jobs into the company's master schedule
- Manage changes to the schedule as clients change dates
- Plan return trips to projects that have not been completed
- Confirm installation dates with clients
The ideal candidate will have a high level of intelligence and is creative at finding solutions to accomplish tasks. This person should be an independent thinker and able to accomplish tasks with minimal guidance.
The following qualifications are required
- A high level of intelligence
- A great problem solver
- Proficient with technology, can easily learn new technology
- Excellent phone etiquette and mannerisms
- Great at handling people
- Highly Organized
- Meticulous and detail oriented
- Excellent written and spoken English
The following qualifications are desirable but not required
- Past experience with scheduling
- Spanish fluency
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Undergraduate College Degree
