Summary:
This position is responsible for handling initial scheduling requests made by our planners and monitoring the process flow of loads hooked to our elite fleet ensuring they are scheduled and marked ready for dispatch. You will work closely with Fleet Managers and Customer Service Representatives in a modern office setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling Requests: Manager all initial scheduling requests made by planners, ensuring that appointments are set in line with our customer's requirements and expectations.
- Load Monitoring: Monitor all loads that are hooked to JLE trucks to ensure they are scheduled and marked as ready for dispatch, addressing any scheduling issues or delays as they arise.
- Rescheduling Requests: Handle all rescheduling requests at pick-up or destination as entered by FM (Fleet Managers)/ CSRs (Customer Service Representatives), and communicate changes promptly to all relevant parties.
- Customer Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with shippers, receivers, and internal teams to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve issues as needed.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of scheduling requests, changes and communication with customers and internal teams to provide updates, address concerns, and resolve issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations
- Previous logistics, or related field is preferred Detail -orientated with a focus on accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
- Ability to work well in a team, adapt to a fast paced work enviroment

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
