Responsibilities
- Manage Group Personal Insurance Program
- Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing insurance documentation as required.
- Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention.
- Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
- Assisting clients with policy changes and updating account information.
Requirements
- A Property & Casualty License is Preferred. Licensing assistance and training is available.
- Customer service experience required, Insurance experience preferred.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner in all communication, including via the phone, email, and face to face.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and mulit-task.
- A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed.
- Strong computer and technical skills.
Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
