JLL has a new opening for an Administrative Assistant at the Woodbridge Center Management Office. Duties require proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi, and a comfort level in working with new technology platforms such as Red Flag, Office Phones, Office Equipment and Computers. Duties shall include but not be limited to::
Sales and Rent collection and reporting
Accounts Payable
File Maintenance - e filing and paper filing
Front office reception and phones
Operations Assistance and Contract Administration
Radio Dispatch
Customer Service
Emergency Contact updates and Merchant communication
Office equipment and supplies
Lost and Found
Operational Tracking and logs
Emergency and Operational handbooks
Mail
Customer and Merchant interaction
This person must be organized, able to work independently and also as a team, a strong communicator and able to multitask while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
