What are the responsibilities and job description for the Planner/Scheduler position at JLL?
The Planner& Scheduleris responsible for providing planning and scheduling of all non-emergency maintenance activities and conference meeting requests. This position will liaise with the account teams and customers to ensure required resources are identified, planned, estimated, organized and scheduled prior to execution for efficient utilization of the maintenance resources. This position will need to work closely with other functions such as Finance, Sourcing, EHS to support business goals. In addition, this individual will have responsibility to ensure applicable business information/work order data is stored and maintained to support business decisions when needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Works w/ Account Director and assigns individuals or groups of individuals as required to complete the work
Coordinates the work schedule to ensure the most effective use of resources and timely completion of all pre-planned and corrective work
Coordinates with client representatives to understand their needs and to ensure the work schedule takes account of the downtime windows negotiated with clients, where necessary
Manage sub-contractors, onboarding, schedule, invoicing, etc.
Maintain office consumable inventory and budget
Estimate work-order completion times and compare to actual
Determines and arranges any operational safety requirements for the completion of a Work Order
Read, understand, and abide by site procedures and SOP's
Assists in the completion of the building inspections
Confers/communicates with work order requesters
Coordinates and conducts scheduling meeting w/ maintenance teams and customers for scheduling planned maintenance activities
Creates and publishes weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and makes them available to team members and client representatives
Provide input to department metric reporting
Maintain intermediate to high computer skills necessary to access CMMS Work Order system, to manage work orders
Communicate clearly, understand, and acknowledge verbal instructions, and be able to read and interpret work from drawings, written work orders, sketches, blueprints, and technical manuals
Perform other job-related duties and tasks as assigned

Proficiency in various computer programs such as MS Word, Access, Excel, Project, Outlook, etc.
Prior maintenance planning coordination experience in facility electrical equipment preferred
5 years' experience working in amulti-trade environment
Pharmaceutical maintenance/manufacturing/research facilities experience is preferred
