Project types include but are not limited to the following: major and minor office renovations, ground-up childcare facilities, café renovations, gym renovations, and site improvements (hardscape and softscape).

What your day-to-day will look like:
- Support a team of project managers delivering projects across our client’s national portfolio through all project phases from planning, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, design, execution, and close-out
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their goals and objectives
- Assist project managers and exhibit proficiency with the accurate and timely input, updates, and tracking of project data within JLL’s project management software (Adaptive Work) to support overall project delivery goals for on time, on budget, and quality standards.
- Assist project managers with issuance of vendor purchase requests and purchase orders, financial commitments, budget and cost control tracking and reporting
- Facilitate status, tracking, and reporting of KPIs.
- Embrace and model a collaborative mindset of “together we will find a way”.
- Be forward thinking and collaborative with the project team on process improvements for consistency, speed, and quality of project deliverables.
- Think creatively in the interest of solving client challenges.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the design, construction or commercial real estate industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Experience working with various project management software platforms
