We are looking for a Project Management Specialist for our Global COE (Center of Excellence)
This role will report to the Global Built Environment COE Leader and be located within the Americas region.
Role Overview
The COE is the engine driving connectivity for a large technology client across regions, best practices, and innovation. As the Project Mgmt Specialist within the Built Environment COE, you will play a crucial role identifying, creating, and leading improvement initiatives. Leveraging research, benchmarking data, and industry insights, this role ensures our client is delivering best in class services related to occupancy & space planning and relocation services. Additionally, this role brings innovative and forward-thinking solutions to ensure exceptional service within future hybrid and dynamic environments.
CoE Roles support all portfolios: Bay Area, Americas, Asia Pac.
Key responsibilities include:
Ideation and Improvements:
Ideation for efficient and forward-thinking programs and innovations
Run pilots in low-risk environments and ready the successful programs/efficiencies for deployment
Identify & communicate risks within the Built Environment delivery, create and prioritize mitigation plans
Collaborative feedback loop with qualitative and quantitative data points
Quality assurance and governance programs to measure delivery excellence and identify improvement opportunities
Set clear goals and performance metrics
Bring purposeful investments aligned to a thoughtful strategy based on predictions of where the industry is going so we can deliver ahead of the trends
Establish regular routine engagements across functions and programs
Pull from JLL platforms for new ideas and better ways of working
Push lessons learned and findings back to JLL platforms
Collaboration with account delivery leadership as it relates to innovation, training, quality assurance, etc.
Identify areas to streamline/lean-out processes to provide clients the best-in-class services
Leadership
Act as escalation point for project delivery issues and programs.
Strong working relationships within account as well as JLL PDS platform leaders
Strive to exceed contracted KPIs
Provide leadership and direction as it relates to integration across service delivery teams.
Create relationships within the JLL environment to leverage account capabilities and expertise to enhance the account capabilities.
Maintain strong working relationships with key clients & account stakeholder
Experience
Extensive professional experience, engaged in Project Mgmt industry.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an agile environment
Strong influencer - must be experienced in getting results through others, rather than direct control
Exceptional stakeholder management skills
Proven history of successfully working with senior executives and client end-users
Strong degree of self-awareness and emotional intelligence to establish trust and build relationships
Ability to effectively communicate and promote ideas and proposals persuasively
