Job Description
This role will be working under the Instrumentation team, a group under the Facilities Operations & Maintenance team in support services.
- Escort External Vendor Providers in a safe and compliant manner to assigned labs
- Partner closely with the stakeholders (Vendor, End users, Planning & Scheduling, Instrumentation) to ensure Vendor visits are executed as planned
- Collaborate with Equipment owners, Planning & Scheduling and Metrology to ensure timely pick up, shipment and receipt of instruments
- Ensure timely receipt and review of the necessary documents from Vendor (maintenance service reports and quote)
- Communicate with Vendor, Procurement and Finance to address any financial issues
- Collaborate with Instrumentation as needed to review the Vendor service documents and close the respective work orders
- Able to document all activities clearly and concisely in a computer maintenance management system (e.g. SAP)
- Utilize computer maintenance management system to manage work order queue
- Identify gaps for improvement
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of cGMP is a plus
