What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workflow Designer position at JLL?
Works alongside the GREF RIVER Team, and FINOPS Admin team in order to work on continuous enhancement of the GREF RIVER tool, with a focus on producing customer obsessed workflows. These customized workflows will mirror business process, based on GREF's regional procedures for each workstream represented within a workflow.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all inbound customer requests and ensure needs are communicated to the GREF RIVER team. Update backlog items as customer needs arise. Schedule team R.I.C.E. scoring sessions once 5 or more Product Backlog Items (PBI's) have been added. Attend project calls and assist team in ensuring requirements are gathered which can translate directly into future design solutions. Build wireframe iterations following project calls, to be used by the team in discovery & design calls. Build workflows in designer studio backend to be sent down the production line for testing, review, and release by other team members. Technical subject matter expert on the functionality of GREF RIVER and how it interacts with other tools. Available to help troubleshoot technical problems and find solutions rapidly should they arise. Attend all agile ceremonies and work alongside team to ensure alignment as the team moves forward.
Secondary Responsibilities: Conduct GREF RIVER workflow UX audits. Conduct voice of customer interview sessions as needed. Ensure lower urgency customer needs are advocated for and rapidly worked on while other team members focus on higher visibility and higher urgency projects. Assist Sr. UX Designer in manual backend mapping of tool.
Requirements for the Job: Experience working in highly ambiguous environments. Able to consume large amounts of information and then organize and process into solutions. General foundation of trouble shooting, diagnostics, and user acceptance testing. Enthusiastic about collaboration and team work. Able to self direct and pivot as needs change rapidly. Passionate about ensuring the users experience is always prioritized.
Preferred Capabilities: Microsoft 365, Outlook, Strong understanding of SDLC, Scrum Master Certified, PMP certified, experience with Amazon writing, experience with ticketing systems, comprehensive understanding of Sim-T, understanding of Amazon culture, & understanding of GREF culture.
