The main duty is maintaining the break or social hubs, conference rooms and print areas mail by ensuring they are fully operational, supplies are stocked and these spaces are organized and tidy.

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Must have valid driver’s license and reliable mode of transportation.
Education And/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or at least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read and write comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Speaks clearly & articulately.
Microsoft Office And Other Simple Computer Programs
Ability to use Word, Outlook and Excel to prepare documents and communicate with others. Able to use calendar / scheduling feature in Outlook and able to use a phone.
Customer Service
Able to greet and assist employees, clients, vendors and guests in a courteous and responsive way.
Able to work in team environment with strong interpersonal skills.
Problem Solving
Able to identify and solve problems and react accordingly to a variety of work situations.
Makes sound decisions under time pressures.
Physical Demands
The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Lift up 50 pounds.
Work Environment
The job must be performed at a client’s office Addison, Texas office.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically welcome employees, anticipate their needs and assist with office orientations
- Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Actively monitor and maintain the break area, social hubs, conference rooms, print areas, and surroundings to ensure an environment that is safe, clean, organized, and reflects brand standards
- Collaborate with all services within the facility and work with facilities management to ensure a safe and comfortable work environment
- Work across teams to proactively communicate and prepare for meetings and events, to anticipate and address concerns, and to ensure operations without incident
- Create work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security concerns through the appropriate channels/systems
- Perform ad hoc assignments and administrative support for seamless and timely delivery of services, such as
- Sorting mail according to destination and type
- Fold and/or post outgoing mail and seals envelopes by hand or machine and performs quality checks.
- Prepares packages and creates shipment labels.
- Collect, receive and distributes mail and packages
- Order and maintain office supply inventory.
- Performs scanning and /or imaging documents
- Reception services backup
- Meeting room and conference room set ups
- Performs filing duties, which may include, purging and archiving old documents.
