Job Description

The Analyst is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the dealer specific product pricing, within established eligibility criteria and state compliance guidelines. The individual reviews dealer program proposals, matching the requests to legal agreements and raises questions as necessary, to ensure accurate implementation within the FWS Online Pricing, Mainframe and AutoRates systems.

The Analyst is also responsible for assisting Operational Accounting, Customer Service, Business Technology and Field Support in problem analysis and resolution related to contract administration, billing and/or AutoRates quoting issues.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Critical thinking skills
• Detail oriented, excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of JM&A products and applications including FWSO Online Pricing, AutoRates, Mainframe and CRM application (Salesforce)
• Overtime as required
•  Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel preferred)
