Responsibilities:
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, collects guest and vehicle information, determines guest initial service needs, prepares initial service order and directs them to the appropriate person or location.
- Responsible for maintaining service traffic flow and parking.
- Determines if guests coming into service have an appointment or need express services
- Records customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage.
- Maintains a clean and safe service area free of dirt, water, leaves, etc.
- Provides courteous, friendly and professional service to customers.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Cross train to work and work and cover shifts in both the 'loaner dept." as well as "Delivery-car wash dept."
- Performs other duties assigned by supervision and/or management.
- Complete and maintain all JM Family Enterprises and Lexus tests and requirements.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Individual must have a valid driver's license in good standing.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Position involves primarily outside work.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, in any weather and including weekends.
- Schedule may be periodically revised to meet changing business needs.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.**
