Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our expanding team. As a key member of the Growth Team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our innovative MSP solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, cold calling, social media, and networking events to generate and nurture qualified leads.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and set up introductory meetings with the Account Executive.
- Collaborate with the Growth Team members to develop targeted outreach campaigns and sequences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in prospect organizations.
- Attend marketing events and other networking events as needed to help prospect and nurture leads.
- Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in the technology industry and in industries that JMARK supports.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales leads targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the technology or MSP industry.
- Previous experience with appointment setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions.
- Willingness to be coached with the ability to adapt as needed
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus.
