We’re seeking a full-time Store Manager for our Alpharetta Showroom Team to provide leadership for daily store operations and to assist customers shopping in our store by guiding them through the ordering process. Don’t know much about furniture? Don’t worry, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Provide sales team supervision and oversight to achieve store revenue and profitability targets.

· Participate as a member of the sales team, helping customers and closing sales alongside the rest of the team.

· Advise the Showrooms Manager on issues, opportunities, and performance, leading and representing the Alpharetta store within JMX Brands.

· Serve as the primary key holder for the store, maintaining business operations, safety, and security.

· Maintain staff by recruiting, orienting, training, and supervising employees to ensure compliance with staffing model standards.

· Coordinate and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity requirements to promote excellence.

· Provide overall quality assurance with respect to managing leads and placing orders, ensuring timely responses, to improve the customer experience and meet KPI targets.

· Handle urgent matters for the sales team and escalated customer issues, providing resolutions that reflect the company’s mission and values.

· Exceed customers’ expectations by providing the highest level of care and service from the moment they arrive until their order is delivered.

· Assist with product placement on the floor and store inventory to direct showroom flow based on customer shopping behaviors.

· Coordinate events and contribute to our social media presence to promote the store within the community, representing our brand.

· Provide support to other departments as needed, motivated by the company’s vision to become the undisputed leading brand of Amish furniture.

· Maintain the cleanliness of the showroom to promote a safe environment necessary for providing an exceptional customer experience.

· Results will be measured by the feedback of our customers on their experience, the timely, accurate completion of operational duties and the ability to meet key performance indicators, including revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications:

· Basic business and supervisory skills.

· Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.

· Strong work ethic with integrity, self-motivation, and personal responsibility.

· Organizational skills with ability to prioritize follow-up for effective lead pipeline management.

· Extraordinary ability to be helpful, go above and beyond and take care of customers.

· Competency with Office 365, internet savvy and comfortable using databases.

· Sales or customer service experience is preferred.

· Design background is a plus.

· High school diploma is required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Pay: $42,594.00 - $47,058.00 per year
