Responsibilities
- Plan People Team Town Halls and various People Team connection events
- Assists Manager, HR Planning in obtaining content for presentations and meetings with People Leaders focused on enabling strategy execution
- Direct point of contact for HQ audits on policies, guidelines, processes, etc.
- Provides project management support under direction of Manager, HR Planning across Performance Enablement & Talent programs
- Maintain annual People Team milestone calendar. Ensure all milestones are tracked with accuracy
SKILLS
- Advanced Excel skills and formulas are critical.
- Strong PowerPoint skills.
- Exceptional communication and written skills
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of relative experience (HR, Planning, Coordination, etc.)
