Administrative / Marketing / E-Commerce
Administrative and Website Manager
Part Time - $30.00 per hour to start - Approximately 30 hours per week - Flexible Scheduling
In this role, you will join a provider of 'industrial catalogs' for the manufacturing industry.
As Administrative and Website Manager, you will:
- Receive complete training
- Process new product listings on the website
- Create product descriptions and upload images
- Administer changes and adjustments to new product listings
- Put out new publications on the website
- Proofread and edit publications as necessary prior to listing
- Perform routine website maintenance and upkeep
- Respond to customer questions and inquiries
- Enter and process customer orders
- Troubleshoot issues and complaints as they arise
- Manage special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- Experience updating, maintaining or managing websites
With:
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Accurate Data Entry skills
Pluses:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
