Human Resources - Benefits Manager
Up to $100,000 to start plus full benefits
As Benefits Manager and Benefits Specialist, you will:
- Manage the benefits package for a widely recognized manufacturer of toys and collectables
- Administer the 401(k) profit sharing plan
- Manage HMO, PPO, Dental and Life Insurance plans
- Manage short and long-term disability plans
- Uphold regulatory compliance standards
- Manage leaves of absence
- Assist with preparation processes for unemployment hearings
- Serve as a resource for employees and leadership teams
- Provide guidance on benefits coverage, claims issues and personnel issues
- Oversee workers compensation claims
- Collaborate with third-party benefits providers
- Manage open enrollment periods
- Administer the HRIS
- Coordinate payroll processing activities
- Contribute to recruiting and hiring initiatives
- Contribute to performance management initiatives
- Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts
- Handle special projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- Human Resources Management experience
- Benefits Management experience
- A Bachelor's Degree
With:
- Payroll experience
- Recruiting experience
- HRIS experience
Pluses:
- Fluency in Spanish
- Paycom and/or ADP experience
