Are you a tech-savvy wizard with a passion for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)? Are you driven by the desire to leverage technology to solve complex problems and create real-world impact? We are seeking a dynamic and talented Contract AI Analyst to join our innovative team in the technology industry. This exciting role will allow you to work in a fast-paced environment, where you'll be at the forefront of AI and ML advancements, focusing primarily on public sector organizations. This is a one year contract with high possibility of extension or conversion.
Please note that this role requires 3 days onsite in Washington DC.
Responsibilities:
As a Contract AI Analyst, you will be responsible for:
1. Developing and implementing AI and ML solutions tailored to meet the needs of public sector organizations.
2. Conducting bias audits on training data and machine learning models to ensure fairness and transparency in AI applications.
3. Managing data with a focus on privacy, ensuring that all AI solutions are compliant with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines.
4. Working closely with multiple stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
5. Leading and managing AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
6. Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
7. Contributing to AI and ML policy and governance, setting standards and best practices for future projects.
8. Keeping abreast of the latest developments in AI and ML, and applying this knowledge to improve and innovate our solutions.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Contract AI Analyst position should have:
1. Minimum of 15 years within IT and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on AI and ML.
2. Proven experience in data management and data privacy.
3. Demonstrated ability to conduct bias audits on training data and machine learning models.
4. Experience in developing AI solutions for public sector organizations.
5. Familiarity with AI and ML policy and governance.
6. Strong project management skills, with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification being a plus.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
9. A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
