Responsibilities:
As our Permanent AP Specialist, you will be responsible for a multitude of tasks that that are critical to the financial health of our company. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Reviewing and verifying invoices and check requests.
2. Sorting, coding, and matching invoices and setting them up for payment.
3. Processing and managing invoice approvals within the organization.
4. Tracking expenses and process expense reports reports.
5. Preparing and processing electronic transfers and payments.
6. Reconciling accounts payable transactions.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years years of proven working experience as an accounts payable specialist or in a similar role in the Real Estate or Construction industry.
2. Prof Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
3. Solid understanding of basic basic basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.
