Responsibilities:
Assume primary responsibility for client engagements, including scheduling, staffing, timing, and addressing technical issues.
Oversee the completion of engagements, proactively identifying and addressing problem areas with minimal oversight.
Manage, supervise, and mentor Staff and Senior Accountants, fostering their professional development and maintaining a positive team environment.
Conduct annual performance evaluations for assigned staff and provide ongoing support for employee performance.
Collaborate with partners in identifying and pursuing new clients to contribute to the firm's growth.
Promote the firm's reputation and excellence by actively participating in recruiting efforts, contributing to publications, and conducting training sessions.
Cultivate strong client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional service delivery.
Stay updated with industry knowledge and enhance your skills through training courses and continuous learning opportunities.
Perform additional duties and assignments as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
CPA license (preferred, but not strictly required)
Several years of tax experience, including recent experience at the manager-level
Full-time availability
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to set goals, work with objectives, and meet deadlines
