We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audit Associate to join our dynamic and growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with a solid background in public accounting and a focus on corporate tax, SALT, High-Net Worth Individuals.

Responsibilities :
1. Perform detailed financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
2. Prepare and present audit reports that accurately summarize the most significant control weaknesses, associated risks, and recommendations for improvements.
3. Collaborate with other departments to streamline audit processes and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
4. Perform tax-related tasks including corporate tax, SALT, and high-net-worth individual tax preparations.
5. Provide guidance and support to junior audit staff, promoting a culture of learning and development within the team.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the finance industry, implementing best practices in all audit procedures.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A CPA license is preferred .
3. Proficient in corporate tax, SALT, High-Net Worth Individual, CPA, public accounting, Audit Procedures Knowledge, Risk Assessment, Audit and Tax, and Senior Audit.
4. Strong understanding of risk assessment and the ability to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
5. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in an understandable manner.
7. Proficient in using advanced features of MS Excel and familiar with accounting software.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
9. Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence.
