We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Manager to join our audit team. You will be responsible for overseeing the audit process and ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards. You will work closely with clients to identify areas of risk and provide recommendations for improvement. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the audit process from planning to completion
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
- Identify areas of risk and provide recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with clients to understand their business and financial operations
- Manage a team of auditors and provide guidance and support
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Review and analyze financial statements and other relevant data
- Communicate audit findings to management and clients
- Develop and implement audit policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
Qualifications:
- Active CPA required
- 4 years of relevant experience in governmental audit
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Experience managing a team of auditors
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
