Founded in 2019, we are a CPA firm that buys out other accounting firms with great reputations. Due to our growth, we are looking for stellar Tax Managers in our Georgia and Florida locations. This will be a hybrid/remote setup with 3 days in-office.

Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Manager to join our dynamic team in the public accounting industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all audit activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role requires a Certified Public Accountant with experience in audit and tax, as well as a strong background in accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain audit policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
• Plan and execute audits of financial statements, internal controls, and other areas as needed
• Identify and communicate audit findings to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement
• Work closely with other departments to ensure the timely completion of audits and resolution of any issues
• Manage a team of auditors and provide guidance and support as needed
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit and tax
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
