Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automations Technician to join our building automations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining automation systems to improve the efficiency and productivity of our construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and maintain automation systems for construction projects
- Troubleshoot and repair automation systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure automation systems are integrated effectively
- Develop and maintain documentation for automation systems, including schematics, manuals, and operating procedures
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in automation to ensure the company remains competitive
- Train and mentor junior automation technicians to ensure a high level of technical expertise within the team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in automation, automation engineering, building automation technician, or a related field
- Knowledge of the Tridium platform
- Experienced with Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Disctech Building Management Systems
