Responsibilities
- Handle the Bookkeeping, Month and Year End Close for 50 Clients.
- Create informational reports based on transactions for our clients to review.
- Analyze monthly data to detect any anomalies.
- Look for and provide solutions for accounting irregularities.
- Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Sales Tax for 40 Clients
- Communicate with clients
- Record adjusting journal entries to adjust books when required.
- Understand and apply tax reduction strategies
- BS in Accounting preferred but not required
- Public Account experience preferred but not required.
- 3 years of Bookkeeping and Accounting services a Must
- Proven work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication and client service skills
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- QuickBooks Desktop & QuickBooks Online accounting software experience
- Computer literacy, numerical skills and attention to detail
