Job Details
Our client is looking for a traveling superintendent to oversee their projects: They will manage workers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure the projects remains within the timeline constraints, and deadlines and budgets are met.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure activities on the worksite are conducted safely and adhere to local and OSHA regulations.
- Communicate with the owner, management, and stakeholders on vital information.
- Interact with regulatory agencies
- Oversee the day-to0day activities on the site
- Manage the overall quality and timeliness of work being performed on-site.
- Provide managerial and leadership guidance whenever necessary
- Ensure subcontractors are meeting their deadlines.
- Ensure all production standards and regulations are adhered to
- Manage daily logs
- Assist Project Manager with Project management system
- Knowledge or Procore
